The main floor provides a laundry room, with maple cabinets, utility sink, and a closet for extra storage. In addition, French doors open into the office/study in the front of the home. With 5'6x5' windows to light the 12'x11' room you might get distracted by the outdoors.
The main level half bath with a pedestal sink is just off the entry hall.
